Topic	Ever been arressted?

As far as I know, public intoxication, even when not driving a vehicle or riding a bicycle (apparently this is a thing) is still an offense but I do wonder to what degree one has to be wasted to be arrested or charged for this. I can only assume one has to be causing a scene to get into trouble for this. That's the way it's supposed to be but cops like to arrest people who are just walking too.
