It probably had wheat, eggs, lots of sugar, whip cream and a tiny cherry. nothing incidental about it if it's Celiac Disease. It's no myth. Not saying you have celiac disease though, you'd be a lot sicker from that muffin if that was case. But its a possibility down the line.
