It's happened enough that I try to just stay calm and not stress cause it makes it far worse. Probably that. Even atm my heart has a slight pain in it... Might be heartburn. Still see a doctor. Get an ekg and an echo Naw. It's more serious than heartburn. Plus it's not surrounding when I eat. It's happened right when I woke up. Im just hoping it's a stress thing.
