Not exactly, but you have to remember that the child might be a blessing to you, and selectively aborting babies with health problems or defects is a type of artificial selection that we're supposed to avoid if possible, especially since the Nazis used this practice to try and make a pure aryan race. It begs the question, where does it end? If we agree down syndrome babies should be aborted, what about any baby with a health problem? Should we abort babies with asthma, diabetes, missing limb, deaf, etc.? Insurmountable health problems fall onto a subjective spectrum when we think of what health problems we will or won't tolerate.
