The first article though seems to downplay the effects of red wine once a day, but if you read into it and also read the second article, that's even bad once a day, and moderate drinking can cause brain damage.
Everything else is just an added bonus, but the main thing for me is fast food and soda aren't also linked to brain damage. How many bad things do they have to pile on lol.

Edit: The name comes from younger kids in my neighborhood calling me Moses when I was around 12 cause I had facial hair at a young age, and the zs come from my friends adding them later to be sarcastically "kool," and using Mozzezz for video game names lol.
