I eat fairly healthy but eat my fair share of crap and also dink soda moderately, not worrying about stuff. Still, I kind of like what I do, only really drinking on sort of special occasions, like sometimes when I'm down the shore. If you're not careful it can get expensive and I usually like to be alert to be more productive for myself anyway. I also shouldn't have said it makes everything taste worse, I do like sometimes when the put some like bourbon in various sauces. trdl23 posted...
