My guess is they do but it's not actually viewed as safe and anonymous. Which in my experience is sadly the case for a lot of workplaces. The bare minimum should be that your company has an independent third-party handle that. We actually just recently at my company (<200 employees) got an anonymous hotline for this kind of stuff.
