Idk man, beef is pretty universally agreed upon to be the least-healthy meat.

Hell, bison alone does everything that beef does, but better and with less health risks.

Again, definitely not universally. Not even a mainstream view, either. A lot of fitness professionals favor beef over chicken.

And again, chicken is higher in Omega-6's which Americans get too much of compared to Omega-3s.

And grass-fed beef is no less healthy than bison. Most of the research advocating against red meat doesn't differentiate between heavily processed meats and non-processed meats, nevermind factory farmed vs pasture-raised animals.
