Much more socially aware

Guarded and withdrawn towards almost everyone instead of very open with relative strangers

Much more physically in-shape with a completely different outlook on exercise and nutrition.

Video games are basically all my free time rather than just one hobby of many

Along with the obvious stuff like being smarter, being stronger, and having more freedom.

I could list more if I thought harder about it but these are the easiest to see. I'm a completely different person from pre-pubescent me. My middle school aged self became a completely neurotic, anxious, depressive wreck and it had lasting effects all the way through my early twenties. I now kinda feel myself veering back toward my "true self" that I was in childhood, but partly that's due to an actual concentrated effort.
