Topic	Is there a way to retrain a cat to use a litter box?

Sometimes, people just do their best to hurt or kill animals. Shooting them can hurt pretty bad. And they still get run over sometimes. And wild or domesticated animals can still kill them. I'm not saying to have to domesticate all cats, nor do I think we should catch them all(Stray cats are fine). But I don't see the problem with domesticated them or keeping them inside.
