I'm a stubborn son of a bitch, and if someone attacked me for behavior that they didn't like, that would probably push me further into the direction of whatever unkempt behavior it was. I have this goofy-ass story that I am always reminded of when I think about this kind of thing. This has been years ago, but I still find it vaguely relevant enough (and just comical) to share. I was making myself a bowel of raviolis in the microwave, and when I got the plate back to the table I went in for a bite. Before I even got the ravioli to my mouth, one little drop of sauce fell and got on my pristine white shirt. I then felt it appropriate to grab the plate, and smear the whole goddamned entree on my shirt. I just said fuck it all, and was like "Yeah, you like that don't you, white shirt?! EAT THAT SHIT! LOVE IT!". Purposely smeared the whole plate on me, when I could have just calmly accepted a simple mistake and changed my shirt. I was still at home and had plenty of other white shirts that I could put on, but no, fuck that. Stubbornness demanded that I must rebel against logic and need to teach that plate of ravioli and white shirt a lesson. --- Voted worst user on CE 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 Current e-argument streak: 0 wins. 25408 losses. ...
