Trickle-down has never been a sound strategy. Every single instance where its been implemented, it fails to function as an effective policy framework. And yes, I agree with your last statement. Although, Id say it doesnt just apply to conservatives. Id say any principled person in general, not just conservatives, is disgusted by the modern Republican Party.
