Not sure who after those 4. Maybe Eliwood. Maybe some skill fodder. Probably just hoard in case another good TT/GHB unit shows up at some point. I imagine the currency will eventually come in more quickly once they've realized they've grossly undertuned it just like they did with feathers. But yeah no huge rush.
