I agree, but it seems less "democratic", which doesn't really bother me ethically here because I feel like it happens to be in the best interests of the country, but that's a slippery slope... I'm just pissed it passed because of fuckery like my passport losing a lot of weight and stuff like people in my family being from different EU countries and now they're like "uhh... thanks for that" and not sure what their future will hold.


My gf is an EU mainlander, currently trying to buy a house together but no idea what's going to happen regarding her right to remain etc.

Looking forward to dealing with it.
