| Judgmenl 11/10/18 8:53:49 PM #3: | I am also trying to sabotage myself at work atm, I have a very simple / mundane task to perform, and lots of down time but I am agitated because I am not working at my fullest so I am starting to repeat some of my past mistakes like being angry and not a team player. I want to fix this and get my act together before it's too late. The only thing I understand is that I am normal/sane as long as I keep occupied.
