5 years for taping a phone call and posting it on the internet is fucking bull shit, any time in prison for it is ridiculous.
The majority of states don't even require both parties to be aware of / consent to being taped in a phone conversation, and it's a disgrace that the backwards states that do require it haven't had their laws struck down by the courts yet.

And, in general, one-party consent laws have a very rape-y tone.

One-party consent = Only one person involved in the phone call needs to consent to (or even be aware of) the recording Two-party consent = Two (or all parties) involved in the phone call need to consent to the recording.
And what does any of that have to do with grape?
Grape? Nothing. Rape? It's another one-party consent activity that violates a person's rights and feeling of security. Unlike activities occurring in a public setting, there's a reasonable expectation of privacy that gets violated.
Zeus is pretty flexible for an old man, to reach that much.
