Currently, we have these results from Peru: Luigi 63.27% Miles 'Tails' Prower 36.73% Tifa Lockheart 10.2% Mega Man X 89.8% Sephiroth 55.1% Amaterasu 44.9% Ryu 67.35% KOS-MOS 32.65% In the earlier matches from this contest when I suspected vote stuffing from Peru, the stuffer would heavily favor one character over the other (usually the loser). All 4 matches from the day of Draven's round 1 match had the loser getting over 80% in Peru.
