Just a heads up, don't just trust the 'boogeyman' stories out there about donation centers and such. More than likely some of it is true, like every business, but huge companies run a massive propaganda machine to try and attack their discount / smaller / new competitors. I remember years ago here, The Brick ran a massive ad attack against Craigslist and Kijiji because people would sell or donate perfectly good furniture instead of paying $2000 for the same sofa.

The companies you WOULD buy things from are using child slavery in third world countries to bring their costs down to pennies on the dollar, while still charging full price here, because 'fuck you that's why'. You're better off just going with the cheaper option, because you're not choosing a moral high ground by buying from a retailer.
