Just saying, judges are anything but powerless youd think.. Don't actually know how much leeway they have in America tbh. It just read like she legally couldn't give more, but if she was able and just chose not to then she's pathetic. This guy deserved life really. Sounds like her hands were tied. From what she was saying I'd really doubt that there was anything she could do without violating the Constitution and therefore letting the guy get off completely.
