A small bit of my front tooth is a bit sharper than it should be, I think I chipped it. What should I do?

If you dont care about the appearance just leave it alone if its a small chip. If the sharpness bothers you, you can have your dentist shave it a little bit to smoothen it out.

Also, I've been using baking soda & peroxide toothpaste, is it bad and should I switch to something else?

Just make sure fluoride is an active ingredient in your toothpaste. Im guessing youre trying to whiten your teeth with your toothpaste, but in my experience its much more effective to get beaching trays from a professional.
