Topic	Arkham Knight character to become DC canon. Debuts in Detective Comics #1000

I don't think there was anything to characterize for them. It's Batman meeting his match. There's a reason he didn't really receive any characterization and that's because we knew it blatantly to be Jason Todd, just from the first trailer. He had his character arc from under the Red Hood.
