This will likely tell us whether the rally had any noticeable impact. So I'm seeing about a 5 point split between registered/anonymous users for Tifa and 47.21% registered user votes in this match. The percentage of registered user votes is not out of line with other non-rallied matches. I still don't rule out that some rallied votes came in for Tifa.
