I mean he was when he got 46.5% on Link but that was down to respect he had going for him having put on an early fight against Draven and David Hayter trying to rally for him. Snake just isnt there anymore. I'd say he's #3 on this site or was back then possibly #2 but Now he's not even top 5. But he's still strong enough to ease past Zelda.
