It's hard to prove, only because of how it is done (voting under dead people's names), not only for illegal aliens, but those voting more than once.

This is why we need Voter ID laws. If India forces Voter ID on its citizens, why can't we?

Illegally voting is like trying to dive into the shallow end of a swimming pool. There is significant risk involved and the "reward" is negligible. "Yay I didn't break my neck!" "Yay I managed to cast an extra vote in an election where millions of votes were cast!" It's a non-problem.

And India isn't a country we want to model ourselves after.
