We had a lovely internet fling where I attached all my emotions to her, and she responded positively. We drifted apart as I started to wake up from the realization of the incompatibility of our lives. Her rebound lived with her for a year and financially helped her stay afloat in her house (previously the house I bought to start a family in) but he turned out to be a bit of a piece of turd! Our post rebound relationships seem to be working out well and all four of us are able to hang out civilly which is pretty cool!
