Where when your body tugs on the cords holding your balls, to bring them inside the body when it's cold. That cord can get twisted and your ball can get stuck up there and start to die. Happened to my dad. He now has one ball. aaaah Ya lol. If your ball stays up there longer than a few whores, you really need to go to a doctor. They gave him testosterone gel though to compensate for the lack of the other ball. I tried it once, it was like getting pure energy. I just wanted to lift heavy objects. dang.
