Where when your body tugs on the cords holding your balls, to bring them inside the body when it's cold. That cord can get twisted and your ball can get stuck up there and start to die. Happened to my dad. He now has one ball. have a friend who had this, at the time he described it as "THE WORST FUCKING PAIN EVER, FUCKING KILL ME!!!!!!". i can only assume it hurt. My dad couldn't handle it well. Like, he was a fuckin trooper, but fighting that pain took so much out of him he was almost too weak to walk. Then after they initially first fixed the tangle, he laid on the couch with ice on his sack for a week. i can understand it, you ever been hit even lightly in the nuts before? its somewhere between horrible cramps and death, just saps the strength right out of you. --- People die when they are killed.
