If they're in a struggle and you can aid, without them assuming you're helping the assailant, and if it's not an obvious suicide mission, fucking help them toy degenerates. I've seen videos where cops are wrestling someone and tell people coming to there defense to back up. I've also seen videos where people have saved their asses. Both are in YouTube, "policeactivity".
