Topic	Black guy punches a white guy to death; no charges filed.

I'm pretty sure if the white guy killed the black guy, there would be riots all over the nation. Both were in the wrong. It was a single punch and I doubt he wanted the guy to die and I'm all but CERTAIN he didn't expect it. The black guy could be having some serious fucking problems coping with this.
