It begins on Christmas and has a Twin Peaks/Deadly Premonition vibe. Blue Stinger for the Dreamcast is another survival horror game that's set on Christmas. It's a bit rough around the edges however. One of the first levels of Gex 3 is a Christmas themed one. There's also the Duke Nukem Nuclear Winter expansion. Batman Returns is another Batman game set on Christmas.
