This is a term from my days in the Marines that refers to the person who mysteriously shits on the wall, floor, toilet seat, or pretty much anywhere but inside the actual toilet (often times for a boot Pvt or Lcpl to clean). Now obviously this isnt just a phenomenon exclusive to the military community so my question to you is have you ever come across the aftermath of the Phantom Shitter?
