He and his three brothers broke into the guy's house and beat him with the intent to kill him. He was only acquitted of the "intent to murder" piece due to it relying the witness testimony only. EDIT: and his appeal was denied with prejudice so the evidence was apparently sufficient enough for the court to not only deny his appeal, but aggressively deny it. --- "History Is Much Like An Endless Waltz.
