There's a reason people flock to their chicken in droves. It's not trash it is definately overrated. People act like it's the most amazing thing in the world. Crazy what respectful, quick, and accurate customer service does. Sounds like they have a pretty bangin business model if you ask me then why are they begging ppl to stop criticizing them Tbh I dont think they should. Go look up their sales, they ain't hurtin. If their Christian image is that important then they should just let this go.
