TopicI just saw a rather strange WW2 film. It was called The Tank. *spoilers*

- Main plot revolves around some elite tank (which is fictional), that has no crew and is amazing, and the Soviets are attempting to destroy it

- Guy who is in charge of hunting down the special tank has the ability to fully heal seemingly any wounds, even severe ones, and just "knows" where the tank is and what it is up to

- Same guy speaks to the "God of tanks", who loves all tanks

- There are several random shifts in tone of the film, between strange and sci-fictiony, and realistic and serious...an example of the latter would be a rambling dialogue by Hitler, claiming that even as Germany had lost the war, he was right in what he believed

What an odd film. o_O I must admit, I just enjoy it though, especially some of the drama scenes, like when the guy with powers is talking about something. It was nice there were also some more serious scenes, like Germany surrendering, and that monologue I mentioned by Hitler, although these really didn't fit in that well with the rest of the film.

Has anyone seen this? It's not hard to find. It's a Russian film with English subtitles. I had never heard of it before today, but I'm glad I watched it.
