How entitled do you need to be to bitch about a lousy wrapper on your game? You're gonna open it anyway. Of course if there's physical damage then that's an issue.

@DPsx7

Because some of us like the visceral joy of ripping into the plastic that games are sealed in and breathing in that 'new game smell' that first time you open the case?

Not only that but if you buy a 'newsed' game and the clerk forgets to put that little clear plastic seal on it that denotes it was the last copy many times the stores will refuse to allow you to return it. With a truly SEALED copy you can. Sometimes you change your mind after buying something.

Finally people buy them as gifts for other people. Do you really think that it's appropriate to give somebody an already opened game as a gift? I don't.

Yankee Candle should make 'new game smell'. With that said I buy so many games I don't feel a need to sniff every one. (Wow, what a sentence.)

I don't get that seal too often. Returning games is rare for me and I understand why they'd limit it. People would treat them like rentals.

Nobody is making you shop at GS. For the most part we're talking about buying games for ourselves. If you actually need a wrapped product for a gift then make sure it's wrapped.
