Quality Bourgogne (that's the "Burgundy" region, for you Yanks) ones made by someone who knows how to make them (such as yours truly, or a good restaurant) are fantastic. You have to nail the right ratio of garlic and parsley butterfor them to be good, and many places don't.
But they're still a rather fatty meal, I'm not having them too often.
