After breaking her out, you find that she has had a bomb inserted in her abdomen. Your medic successfully removes it in a fairly graphic scene, but then she wakes up and is like "They also put one in my vagina!" before jumping out of the helicopter and exploding, causing your helicopter to crash. --- America is a tune.
