Because it's not an opinion, it's literally stated in the Constitution

I'm asking on a broad scale. We know you love to drop racial insults repeatedly, so why should we think you're unbiased in your opinion for migrants?

I know constitutional illiteracy is pretty popular around here, but what's written in it aren't opinions or suggestions.

The constitution is a living document and is constantly needed to be reinterpreted to fit current society.

I have a fundamental disagreement with that idea. Obviously, things aren't going to always be perfect since 2018 is a different place than 1776 or whatever, but the structure of the document needs to be upheld.
