But if we're gonna let that happen, height shaming shouldn't be a thing either. Weight is at least something you can control. No amount of dieting or exercise is gonna make me get taller. Diet does contribute to height. One of the factors to why humans got taller throughout the ages is better diet. Obviously this is more important when you are growing.
