Falco was legit garbage in 4 and hasn't really gotten much better You're actually completely wrong here and it's obvious you haven't touched him at all. His dair comes out on like frame 7 now instead of what felt like 30, his upsmash is just as strong as Fox's for all intents and purposes, he has upthrow upair kill confirms, AND he has a great combo game.
