Topic	There are as many as 2000 uncaptured serial killers in USA

Think about it....you throw a rock through somebody's back window, enter their house, shoot them in the face, and then run off. The police show up and....what are they gonna do to catch you if the victim had no relationship to you? It actually wouldn't be that hard to avoid being arrested at all. --- All points of view and perspectives exist for a reason.
