Don't Floridians complain that it's too cold outside when it dips down to the 60's?

To me, you don't really start feeling the cold until it dips into the low 40's.

Your shit adjusts and changes eventually. I grew up and lived in Massachusetts for almost 30 years. Summers my first two years here in Florida were godlessly hot. During winter though I went in my pool and was fine while everyone else thought I was crazy.

Now I work my balls off outside in Florida summer heat and it doesn't really bother me any more than summer heat up north did. Just stay more hydrated. You dont really get a spring or fall, just summer, and that kinda sucks.

Winter is funny though when you adjust. I freeze my ass off in >60 degree weather when that'd be fucking Indian summer and I'd be in shorts and a t-shirt up north.

I figured Floridians just learn to live with warm temperatures during Winter. The thing with Florida is, it's surrounded by ocean, therefore, expect a lot of humidity. I still don't know the difference between 'humid hot' and just 'dry hot'.

Florida is similar to South Texas in which it's pretty much just Summer or Spring year round. The only way you really get to experience "Winter weather" is when you get those cold fronts from up North. I just wish I lived in a state where it's consistently cold during the Winter, like anywhere up North. Here, it can be 45 degrees one day and 76 degrees the next.
