The same way its unfair to a blind man that he cant play football, is the same reason its unfair to a woman that they cant compete with men or a MtF that they cant compete with women.
Unless you want a sport dominated by MtFs. You never did address whether or not you wanted that to happen, rendering women useless in competitive sports.
