It's hard to say, we've never really had someone like trump be president so it'd ultimately be up to the courts, and given the current make up they'd probably give it a pass. On one hand, yeah you don't want any conflict of interest, but on the other hand you don't want to completely bar people who are successful and active in business from participating in politics. most recently nixon and carter gave up their business holdings when they became president to avoid conflicts of interest. prescient is there, trump just said fuck it. --- People die when they are killed.
