I'm not sure how followers of Christianity being more subdued in their responses has anything to do with Islam never being criticized. So we agree there's a disproportionate response? That's good enough for me, even if you try to rationalize it as "well Christians just need to grow some balls and complain more". Yes the responses are disproportionate, but the comments that trigger those responses usually aren't proportionate either.
