Some of the secrets are hidden behind arbitrary things youd have to know were there. And there is a definite difficulty ramp at the end of the game, especially the optional areas. I didn't say it wasn't hard at all to get 100% on Crash 2. I said it wasn't that hard. And it's still easier to get 100% than on the other two games. The first one where you had to break all the boxes in the stage without dying in order to obtain the gem. Though thankfully for the N Sane Trilogy this only applies to the stages with colored gems(which can still be a pain in the ass). And in the third one where even getting some of the gold relics can be pretty difficult.(looking at you High Time) And there's the two hidden stages which are even harder to find than the ones in Crash 2. --- It's amazing how people hang around message boards of games they don't like ...
