Also, when I'm nervous, in pain, or riddled with anxiety, I sometimes clasp my hands together to make me feel better; and it oddly brings comfort to my disarrayed mental state. I'm not actually thinking of that Christian god that is all the rage with those Christians, so I don't think I'm actually praying. Yet, I'm afraid that people will misinterpret my gesture as so. Should I not do this in public anymore? Is it praying if I'm not trying to talk to some deity while clasping my hands together?
