I just do NOT understand this. - Lots of really good characters - Great scenes - Some really good action - Bad guys worked well - The music - Lots of cool twists - Some interesting cameos - Subverts SW in some fun ways How could someone not like the film? So entertaining to watch. I mean, it has problems, but not film is perfect. My only real complaint is that it was too long. That was a bad move. Just cut some stuff. Also, I didn't like the space plot as much as the planet plot (with Rey, I mean), but I still enjoyed it. I don't know what's wrong with SW fans. I really don't. I doubt they will rebut the points I made in this post, though, or respond directly. Just say I'm trolling or stupid.
