She got me to go out with her a few days ago. I thought it was just friends hanging out. Theb towards the end of the night she told me she liked me. She was always flirty at work with me before and I would flirt back. I was hesitant to say yes to her asking me if we should date. I said yes and got pretty close with her that night, nothing happened though.

Over the next few days I was stressing about it over the whole me being her supervisor thing. She saw me stressing over it. She really likes me btw.

Then she just outright told me if we could forget about it because she didn't want to put me in that position and it's better just to be friends.

So we were cool for a few hours. Then this other girl asked me about us going out and I was avoiding questions because I didn't want anyone else to find out but I thought it was funny. I then told the girl that likes me about it and we were laughing but I guess this brought back her feelings and was changing her mind again. We were kinda flirting again and then she asked again if I was sure of my decision.

I had to tell her again that it's probably better if we leave it alone. I just felt that things got super awkward after that but she says she's good but still felt kinda down about it. She asked if I actually liked her and I said I did but maybe not as much as the way she likes me.

This felt so bad.
