From a rude cashier to SpongeBob causing 4 Health Code violations AFAIK (coming to work when he had the Suds and sneezed on at least one Krabby Patty, coming to work with algae all over him and getting all the customers covered in it, giving the Health Inspector a rotten Krabby Patty and getting into the mustard barrel after he wasn't able to get any sleep). Also, not to mention Mr. Krabs is generally terrible at money management and never remodels the place longer then a day. To be honest this sounds exactly why it would be highly successful.
